By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
Carvd Academy reserves the right to modify this website and the Terms and Conditions at any time.
1. Registration and Communications:
By registering and placing an order with Carvd Academy, you grant us permission to add your contact details to our database, enabling us to send correspondence related to ordering, invoicing and delivery of digital products.
2. Accreditation & Licensing:
2.1 By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and understand that the courses offered by Carvd Academy are not accredited. You confirm that you have read and understood the statement provided within each individual product page, under FAQs: "Within Australia, there are currently no certification requirements or government regulations within brow services, to hold a qualification to perform brow treatments on clients. The only qualification that can be obtained that recognises brow treatments is a Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy, which can only be provided by an accredited beauty school or TAFE.
2.2 You understand that the requirements for licenses and qualifications may vary depending on the state and country where you perform any of the treatments you are purchasing.
3. Course Content:
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you understand that the training provided by Carvd Academy is based on its knowledge and experience with the products or treatments offered. You acknowledge that each masterclass may include similar content to ensure that each student has a comprehensive understanding of the theory behind the products and processes. You understand that if you enrol in two or more masterclasses, there may be overlapping information.
4. Returns & Refund Policy:
4.1 By purchasing digital products, you agree not to share the content and access with anyone else. If you are caught sharing it with anyone, you will lose future access, and no refunds will be given. You will also be prohibited from purchasing digital products in the future.
4.2 Refunds will not be issued for any digital products, such as online training and e-books, once the order is confirmed and the product has been delivered.
4.3 All sales of digital products are final and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
4.4 All ticket purchases for events such as workshops or masterclasses are final and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
4.5 If you have booked an In-Person training session you agree and understand that if you choose to cancel the class, you will forfeit the following percentages of the fee:
i. 25% if cancelled more than two weeks before the agreed training date.
ii. 50% if cancelled within two weeks of the agreed training date.
iii. 100% if cancelled within 48 hours of the agreed training date.
4.6 You understand and agree that if you have scheduled an In-Person training day that any rescheduling must be requested two weeks prior to the agreed training date.
5. In-Person Training:
5.1 You agree and understand that all materials taken on the day, such as images and videos, are owned by Carvd Academy, which retains complete content rights and may use these materials for advertising and paid marketing purposes.
5.2 You understand that full payment must be made two weeks before the agreed training date.
5.3 You agree and understand that accreditation for eyebrow treatments is not required by law within Australia to perform any services taught on the day.
5.4 You agree and understand that you are learning Carvd Academy's knowledge and techniques and that this is not an accredited training course.
5.5 You agree that you have purchased the correct training course and understand the inclusions within the training.
5.6 You understand that if a product/tool kit was purchased, it will be supplied on the day.
5.7 You understand and agree that you are responsible for organising your own two models on the day unless otherwise discussed with Carvd Academy.
6. Confidentiality:
6.1 You agree and understand that under no circumstances are you allowed to share, disclose, or profit from Carvd Academy's confidential information or techniques. This includes but is not limited too, using the information within your own training platforms, courses, or programs.
6.2 Confidential Information refers to any information disclosed by us to you, that we identify as confidential or that a reasonable person would consider confidential. This includes information related to or disclosed in connection with our Intellectual Property Rights.
6.3 You must not disclose, use, or otherwise exploit our Confidential Information for any purpose whatsoever unless expressly authorised in writing by us. In the event of a breach of this agreement, you agree to indemnify us for any loss or damage we may suffer or incur as a result of your actions.
7. Purchase Agreement:
By confirming your purchase at checkout, you agree to the total amount of the purchase price at that time.
8. Discount Codes:
You are responsible for correctly entering any applicable discount codes during promotional periods. If you fail to apply the discount code during the sale, no partial refunds will be issued.
9. Pricing:
All pricing is stated in Australian Dollars (AUD$) unless otherwise selected manually in our menu. The prices of our products are subject to change without notice. The current price of each product is shown on the website at the time you place your order.
10. Privacy Policy:
Carvd Academy is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our students and their personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines our commitment to protect the privacy and confidentiality of the information you provide to us, whether it be online or during in-person training sessions.
11. Confidentiality Agreement:
11.1 By enrolling in Carvd Academy's Brow Training, you understand and agree that under no circumstances are you allowed to share, disclose, or profit from our confidential information or techniques. This includes but is not limited too, using the information within your own training platforms, courses, or programs.
11.2 Confidential Information refers to any information disclosed by us to you, that we identify as confidential or that a reasonable person would consider confidential. This includes information related to or disclosed in connection with our Intellectual Property Rights.

12. Collection of Personal Information:
We collect personal information from students during the enrolment process and throughout the duration of the course. This information may include your name, email address, phone number, and other relevant details necessary for providing you with the best possible training experience.
13. Promotional Offers and Limitations:
By using a promotional code, you agree to understand the terms and conditions stated below.
13.1 All promotional codes, offers, and discounts advertised online are for online use only and are valid for the specified time frame only. All promotional codes are for one-time use only unless otherwise stated. All one-time-only promotional codes must be used in their entirety in a single purchase.
13.2. All sales are within the time frame of AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time).
13.3. When processing your payment upon checkout, you are confirming the total amount of your order at that time. If a discount code is required to gain a discount, you are responsible for ensuring the code has been entered correctly before the final payment has been processed.
